Most items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment barring any kind of crazy weather, hazardous driving conditions, power outages, etc. If there will be any delays in shipping, we will contact you. In general, if a particular product will not ship next day, it is noted on the product page.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day – excluding pre-ordered items.


Our embroidery products are custom-made and are very time-intensive to create in order to ensure the finest product. Only a few items of each product are kept on hand. In the event that a product is sold out, we do accept pre-orders. It may take up to 2-4 weeks to fulfill your order, depending on availability of raw materials and the number of orders received.

Rest assured that you will receive frequent communications throughout the fulfillment process as to the status of your order. We appreciate your patience!


The majority of orders ship via USPS. Other forms of shipping are possible depending on the situation. Please be advised that once an item ships, it is under the control of the carrier. All items ship with a tracking number and require signature confirmation to ensure safe arrival of your order.


**PLEASE NOTE: Due to shipping delays with the USPS, it *may* take up to 30 days to receive your item.**

Once an item is shipped, we are unable to cancel an order. If an order is delayed, please contact us and we will put a trace on the shipment with USPS. If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us and we will file a claim with USPS and ship you a replacement.
